Toby Hayes

Mr. Toby (that's what I call him) is the father of two of the most energetic boys Logan and Hunter. Logan is a remarkable and radical surfer that's been getting tubed and airs before he could paddle into his own waves. Hunter loves to skateboard and hang out with us at the beach.

Mrs. Toby (Candy) is a beautiful mom and hangs on the beach with my mother while the dads and kids play in the water and surf. We're all gonna go to Costa Rica this summer and do the same thing we do while at home (but in Spanish).

Typhoon Lagoon
My dad forgot his camera memory card when we all went to Typhoon Lagoon this winter and surfed with Mr. Toby's friends and didn't get any pictures. I didn't think I'd get tired of surfing without paddling, but after about 20 waves and freezing my rear end off while running from the beach to the stairs, I was pooped and dropped off to sleep before getting home.

Logan, Hunter and Mrs. Candy are so lucky to have a daddy in their lives that loves to get out and spend time on the road with his family. Besides our family, I can't think of another family that surfs more. This summer we'll see Toby no less than once a week, we'll have to keep Logan from the bikini contest in the NKF and watch him blossom into one of the top surfing contenders on the East Coast.

We love you Mr. Toby and look forward to years of spending time with your incredible family. Your family is a testimony to who you are as a father and a person.
